Work with us
Every engagement starts with a problem you can name.
Tell me what's slowing your post-sale team down. I'll work with you to establish what fixing it would change for the business before proposing any work.
01What I typically work on
Problems that keep experienced people in the middle.
Senior capacity
Your most experienced TAMs and CSMs spend their weeks on internal coordination. I find the work that can move off their plate and redesign how it gets done.
Customer context and handoffs
Account knowledge sits with individuals and gets lost at transitions. I design how context is captured and shared across teams.
Escalations and internal routing
Customer issues bounce between Support, Product and Engineering. I shorten the path and reduce the meetings needed to resolve them.
AI that has not changed much
You've rolled out AI tools, but the workload looks the same. I work out why and rebuild around the workflow.
02How an engagement works
Scoped around the outcome you want.
- 01
Conversation
A short call about the problem, who it affects and what would make it worth solving. No presentation required.
- 02
Fixed-fee proposal
Once the objectives, measures and value are clear, you receive a written proposal with options at different levels of involvement.
- 03
Redesign
I map how the priority work happens today, redesign the workflow with your team and use AI or automation where it changes the work for the better.
- 04
Measure
I track change against the measures agreed at the start and report what changed.
Engagements are finite and scoped around a defined outcome. Timing depends on the workflow, access to data and the level of change required.
03When a diagnostic helps
Sometimes the first job is establishing what is really happening.
If the cause is unclear, the baseline is missing or several workflows are competing for attention, I may suggest a short fixed-fee diagnostic first.
The output is defined in advance: a clearer current state, credible baseline inputs and a prioritised workflow. Many engagements will not need one.
04Example problem
Senior TAMs are spending significant time assembling customer status and chasing internal updates.
I would map where the coordination work originates, identify which information can be assembled automatically, simplify routing and remove unnecessary meetings.
Measures might include preparation time, TAM involvement, escalation volume, accounts per TAM, cost-to-serve, renewal risk identified earlier and customer-facing capacity recovered.
Illustrative example only. It is not presented as a client case study or verified result.
Start the conversation
A short note is enough.
Tell me what's happening, who it affects and what you'd like to be different.
